Former doctoral fellow of CONACYT. 15 years of experience as a Thesis advisor and Professor. José has experience as a Researcher and Consultant in Qualitative Research for Health and Social Sciences, collaborating also with several Mexican universities.

Genomics and Integrative Medicine Division

Director since 2017. Associate consultant since 1997.

Consultant in Toxicogenomics, Preventive Medicine, Clinical Nutrition, Nutrition for Exercise and Sport, Naturopathy, Food Chemistry and Ethics in Health Sciences since 1981. Co-founder of CICSH - International Center for Holistic Health Training, since 1989. Founder of CIES - Center for Research and Education for Health, since 2001.
